WHY THESE TERMS HOLD UP

How We Keep Our Policy Credible and Current

Our Terms & Conditions are reviewed quarterly by our compliance team and updated whenever Pakistani payment rails, local access rules, or platform features change. We publish the effective date at the top...

Quarterly Policy Review

Our internal compliance team audits every clause four times a year, cross-checking against current JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay and Raast processing rules to keep the terms accurate and enforceable.

Effective-Date Versioning

Each published revision of these Terms carries a clear effective date. You can compare the current version with the previous one via the version archive linked at the foot of this page.

Plain-Language Summaries

Every major clause carries a plain-language summary in Pakistani English so the intent of each rule is clear without legal training, while the binding text remains the full clause beneath it.

Account-Specific Notices

When a terms change affects your account directly — for example a change to withdrawal verification steps — we send a notice to your registered contact before the new clause takes effect.

Dispute Resolution Path

Section 9 of our Terms sets out a two-stage dispute process: first our internal review desk, then a neutral third-party referral, so you always have a clear path if you disagree with an account decision.

Secure Record-Keeping

All account actions, deposit confirmations via JazzCash or Easypaisa, and support interactions are logged and retained for the period required under our data-retention clause in Section 12.

Common Questions About These Terms

These Terms take effect the moment you complete account registration on ct66. By opening an account you confirm you have read and accepted every clause, including the transaction rules that apply to JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay and Raast deposits.

We will not change terms that directly affect your account without notice. Section 14 requires us to inform you via your registered contact at least seven days before any material amendment takes effect for existing Pakistan account holders.

We follow a staged process set out in Section 7: a written warning first, then a temporary suspension, then permanent closure if the breach continues. You will be notified at each stage with the specific clause cited as the reason.

All deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay and Raast are governed by Section 4. Withdrawals process to the same method used for the original deposit, and verification is required for transactions above the threshold set in that section.

The version in force at the time of each transaction or account action is the binding version for that event. We keep a full version archive so you can retrieve the exact clause text that applied on any given date.

Submit a written dispute through our support desk referencing the section number you believe was applied incorrectly. Section 9 gives us five working days to issue a written response before the matter can be escalated to neutral third-party review.

Access to ct66 is available where local law permits across supported regions of Pakistan. The Terms themselves apply uniformly to all accounts, but the access clause in Section 3 governs which regions are currently supported and may be updated as local regulations change.
